Microscan employs a team of manufacturer trained engineers across the U.K. Our standard contract includes: 4-8 hour average response times, a dedicated account manager, ongoing user training, extensive management reporting options and monthly or quarterly service reviews.
Multiple machine sites - UPM (unique preventative maintenance)
Whether a service call has been booked or not, every two weeks on a pre-agreed contract day a dedicated service engineer is available to visit your multiple machine sites and carryout a routine inspection of every machine.
During this inspection, the engineer will reload the machine with paper and toner if required, test the functions on the machines to ensure their operation and automatically order any parts that require changing.
The engineer is available to answer any questions from the users and demonstrate complicated functions that are not used on a daily basis. He/she is essentially at your disposal while on-site.
This routine visit is not a substitute for you booking service calls on machines that require attention. It has been designed to reduce ‘down time’ on machines, that not only helps you, but also helps us.
